When you send a brief we receive your name, work email, company, country, your description and any files you attach, so we can reply with options, pricing and samples. Submissions and files are received and stored by our form provider, Formspree, and forwarded to our team. Sending a brief does not require accepting cookies.
So we know how you found us, each brief also carries technical context kept in your browser only for the current session: the page you sent it from and the page you entered on, the referring site, campaign tags and ad-click identifiers in the link you followed, pages viewed, device type, browser language and time zone. This goes to Formspree with your brief — we do not sell it or pass it to advertisers.
We use Google Ads to understand which ads lead to briefs. Google's advertising cookies stay off until you click “Accept” on our cookie banner (Google Consent Mode, denied by default); without consent Google only receives cookieless signals. If you accept, your browser also remembers for up to 90 days the date and source of your first visit, how many visits you made and the ad click that brought you, so it can accompany a later brief. Choosing “Decline” deletes that memory. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser and reload.
If — and only if — you tick the optional box on the form, we send occasional packaging-launch and trend emails, each with an unsubscribe link.
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR / UK GDPR and CCPA), you can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or object to its use, by emailing [email protected]. We keep briefs only as long as needed for your request and our business relationship. Our service providers may process data outside your country.
