Anonymised, because the useful part is the engineering.
Every brand that briefs us is scoping a launch it has not announced, so names, people, cities and brand references are removed and regions are kept broad. What remains is what a founder can actually use: the specification table, the minimum per component and what it attaches to, the tests a sample is signed against, the timeline that was realistic rather than the one that was asked for, and the moment the brief changed — a soap bottle that became 350 ml, a gold that only worked as one programme, a "250 ml" jar with 140 ml inside. We publish the process notes rather than a success story because a packaging project is a series of decisions, and the decisions are more transferable than the outcome.
Four project notes.
The numbers in each note come from the engineering reference library — glass specifications, decoration processes, mould cost and ownership, the production calendar — and are signed against the QC standards page. Category programmes are on packaging solutions; formats on products; and the method for briefing us is in how we work.
Not sure what to specify? Use the Packaging Spec Builder — formula, volume, quantity and launch date in, a 12-line spec sheet with MOQ verdict and order-by date out.
Send a brief.
We reply with the specification, not a catalogue.
Formats, quantity per SKU, target look and launch date. Within 24 hours you get the route per component, the realistic minimum and a sampling plan.
