Custom fragrance flacons sourced from vetted Chinese partner factories — lead-free soda-lime glass, 5–100 ml, FEA fine mist atomiser, crimp-top spray and roll-on formats, zinc alloy to wooden caps, acid-etch and hot stamp decoration, low MOQ.
Fragrance is the most emotion-driven category in beauty — and the bottle carries that emotion before the cap even comes off. Clarity, weight, proportion and the cold touch of glass all communicate before the fragrance does. We help brands spec the flacon shape, glass type, cap material and decoration as a complete sensory system, not a set of separate components.
Fragrance bottles face category-specific quality risks: lead-free compliance, atomiser fit, and alcohol compatibility. Get any of these wrong and you have a recall or a failed spray mechanism.
We require a factory-supplied lead-free glass certificate backed by ICP-OES spectrometry test for every fragrance glass order. This is required for EU, US and most global market compliance.
The crimped atomiser must create a gas-tight seal that holds under pressure (fragrance vapour can build up in warm storage). We test 20 samples under 40°C for 48 hours — any leak around the crimp seat fails.
High-percentage ethanol (90%+) in fine fragrance can affect certain rubber gaskets in the atomiser valve. We spec food-grade nitrile or EPDM gaskets as standard and test compatibility with the actual alcohol concentration.
Heavy zinc alloy caps must engage and release cleanly — neither too tight (cap won't come off) nor too loose (falls off in transit). We test 50 open/close cycles with measured force gauges before production approval.
